Modern Diplomacy: A Conversation and Book Launch

This event was also the Canadian launch of the Oxford Handbook of Modern Diplomacy, to which Martin and Axworthy are both contributors. Two of the volume's editors, Andrew Coopers and Jorge Heine, provided opening remarks.
